Hi —I’m Dre, the Founder and CEO of The Midnight Cleaning Crew. At just 22 years old, I’ve poured my energy and dedication into creating a cleaning service that feels like a partnership—where your needs are our top priority.

Outside of running TMCC, I love playing basketball (surprise to no one haha), unwinding with my ukulele, and spending time with my two little feathered companions, Luna and Helios. I’m also a firm believer in God, which inspires me to lead with integrity and kindness in everything I do.

At just 24 years old, Aaliyah plays a vital role as the administrator of The Midnight Cleaning Crew. A blend of humor and determination, she brings both personality and professionalism to the business. While she describes herself as shy, her hard work and dedication speak volumes—she’s the behind-the-scenes powerhouse ensuring everything runs smoothly.

When she’s not managing schedules or keeping things on track, Aaliyah enjoys diving into Korean culture, from music and food to language and traditions. She’s also a big fan of American Dad, finding a little comedic escape in her downtime.

Her attention to detail and passion for learning shine through in her work, making her an irreplaceable part of The Midnight Cleaning Crew team.
